Escrow vs. Letter of Credit
If you’re unfamiliar with the difference: escrow is a neutral third party that holds your payment until you confirm the stone arrived as expected, then releases funds to us — faster to set up, well suited to smaller or first orders. A Letter of Credit is a bank-issued guarantee, more common for larger or repeat trade orders, with your bank releasing payment once shipment documents are verified. Neither is “better” – they suit different order sizes and levels of familiarity between buyer and supplier.

Every stone ships with its original IGI certificate matching the stated specifications.
If a stone does not match its IGI certificate upon arrival, notify us within 48 hours with photo/video documentation. Verified mismatches qualify for a full replacement or refund—return shipping covered by OCS Diamond.
All parcels are fully insured during transit. Please inspect your parcel upon arrival and report any damage within 48 hours along with an unboxing video.
Returns are considered where a parcel does not comply with the agreed written specification, or in case of damage — terms confirmed per order before shipment. We don’t offer general buyer’s-remorse returns on loose stones, which is standard practice in wholesale gem trade; we believe in clarity upfront rather than disputes after.
First-time buyers may request a sample order — minimum 1 carat, fixed or mixed size — via advance payment or escrow, before committing to a bulk order. Samples are a real transaction, not a free trial.

Every order ships in your choice of luxury box or standard packet packaging. We offer both certified and non-certified/loose stone options, depending on your requirement.
