Product & Certification
Both CVD and HPHT create lab grown diamonds with the same crystal structure, hardness, and brilliance. CVD diamonds are grown layer by layer inside a controlled vacuum chamber using carbon-rich gases, while HPHT diamonds are created using high pressure and high temperature in a specialized growth environment. Both methods can produce beautiful, high-quality lab grown diamonds, and the right choice depends on factors such as diamond characteristics, appearance, and availability. Yes — every diamond is certified by IGI, the global standard for lab-grown diamond grading, in addition to internal review by our own gemology team.

Yes, inherently — lab-grown diamonds are manufactured, not mined, which removes the sourcing and labor concerns associated with mined diamond supply chains entirely. This is one of the reasons many retailers have shifted toward lab-grown stock in recent years.
Payment & Shipping
Wire transfer, debit/credit card via Razorpay, escrow service, and Letter of Credit for qualifying orders. Our team will recommend based on your order size and relationship stage.
Escrow is faster to set up and suits smaller or first-time orders. Letter of Credit is a bank-issued guarantee, more common for larger or repeat trade orders.

The buyer is responsible for customs duties and import taxes in their destination country.
Yes, every parcel is fully insured in transit.
In-stock orders dispatch within 2-3 hours of confirmed payment. Custom orders require 10 business days of manufacturing time before dispatch.
Returns & Disputes
Notify us within 48-72 hours with photo/video documentation. Verified mismatches are replaced or refunded, your choice, with return shipping covered by us.
Report within 24-48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. All shipments are insured.
Returns are considered where a parcel doesn’t comply with the agreed written specification, or in case of damage — terms confirmed per order before shipment. We don’t offer blanket buyer’s-remorse returns on loose stones, which is standard in wholesale gem trade.
