Step 3 – CAD Modelling

  • First 2 CAD revisions are free
  • Additional revisions may incur a small charge
  • CAD is shared for customer approval

Step 4 – Casting

Once CAD is approved:

  • Casting begins
  • At this stage, cancellation fee applies (explained below)

Step 5 – Stone Setting & Finishing

  • Diamonds/moissanite are set securely
  • Polishing, finishing, and QC done
  • Final images/video shared for confirmation

Step 6 – Final Payment & Dispatch

  • Full payment must be completed before dispatch
  • Shipping arranged via insured logistics partners

Advance Payment & Cancellation Policy

This covers CAD, design work, admin and sourcing time.

If customer cancels BEFORE casting:

  • ₹2,000 fixed fee is deducted
  • Remaining amount refunded

If customer cancels AFTER casting:

  • Full 10% advance becomes non-refundable

This covers design, CAD work, metal loss and labour.

Weight Variation (Industry Standard)

Final weight may differ due to manufacturing tolerance:
  • Accepted variation: 5–7%
This is normal in all custom jewellery manufacturing.
Actual weight is confirmed after final polishing.
