1. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At OCS Glamour, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and refunds policy.

Duration:

WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS in case your order arrives incorrect or damaged. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you can return it for repair or exchange within 14 days from the date your order was delivered. We do not offer refunds in any case.  In the rare case that your order DOES NOT ARRIVE, we will send you a FULL REFUND. Know More [Here]

  • Please note that customized or personalized orders, including any engraving on jewelry, cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are specially made on request for you on an order basis. However, we understand the importance of ensuring your satisfaction. So We Offer 80% Buy Back Policy. Read More In 80% Buy back Policy Section Bellow.

14 Day Money Back is not applicable in the following instances –

1. On orders that have been exchanged earlier under the 14 Day Exchange Policy – You can exchange your design within 14 days for the full value only once. If you wish to exchange the product the second time, it will be considered as a Lifetime Exchange.

2. On products that have been engraved or personalized or customized.

Refunds (If Applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
The refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a day or two.

Late Or Missing Refunds (If Applicable):
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Eligible Reasons for Return, Exchange & Refund.

We accept product returns & Exchange only under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged jewelry piece or loose stone, please immediately contact us on contact @ocsglamour.com or call us to initiate the exchange process.
  • Mismatched Products: If the received product does not match the description or specifications provided on our website, you may request an exchange on contact @ocsglamour.com.
Non-Eligible Reasons for Return, Exchange & Refund

Please note that we do not offer exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Usage of Chemicals or Perfumes: If any chemicals or perfumes are applied to the moissanite jewelry, and it results in damage, we will not accept the product for exchange.
  • Misuse or Mishandling: Products that have been mishandled, damaged due to improper use, or altered in any way will not be eligible for exchange.
  • Misleading Information: If we find any misleading information regarding your order, we reserve the right to reject your cancellation request.
  • Custom or Personalized Orders: Custom-made or personalized jewelry orders, including modifications to our standard products, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However For Custom Orders We Offer 80% Buyback Policy Read More In Bellow Section.
Exchange & 80% Buy Back Policy:

To provide our customers with peace of mind, we offer an 80% buyback policy for customized orders. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your customized purchase, you can return it within 14 days post-delivery, and we’ll refund 80% of the purchase price. We Hope You Understand Why We Do Not Offer 100% Return In Customized Order.

We offer a Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy on all purchases* made from OCS Glamour. The product along with the original product certificate, can be returned for buy-back or exchange basis its current market value, with deductions towards making charges, taxes and 25 USD towards processing charges. If you received a discount or free gift while making your purchase, we will deduct the original discount amount or free gift value, as applicable.

Determination of Value of Exchange or Buy-Back –

Note:

  • Loss of the original product certificate would result in a deduction of 50 USD
  • Original Invoice and certificate must be produced for exchange / buyback.
  • OCS Glamour products bought from stores other than OCS Glamour Stores will not be eligible for exchange / buyback.
  • Buyback is not applicable on Baguettes, Tapered and Choki diamonds.
  • Exchange & Buyback is not applicable on Polki, Pearl & Colored Stones
  • In case of any discount given during the original purchase on the metal/ stone value, an equivalent amount will be deducted from the current market price on the date of buy back/exchange and then buy back/exchange value will be calculated. The e-Points used while placing an order will be deducted from the Lifetime Exchange value
  • Buyback of products are applicable for products that were purchased at a value of up to 5000.00/- USD
  • In case the product which was earlier purchased through EMI system, then we will deduct an amount equivalent to non-paid EMI in addition to the above-mentioned deductions
Cancellation of Orders
  • Cancellation Timeframe: In order to cancel an order, we must be contacted once, within 24 hours of the order being placed. contact us on contact @ocsglamour.com or call us
  • Restocking/Processing Fee: If further work has already begun on your order, the applicable restocking/processing fee will be charged.
Loose Stone Orders

Once you place the loose Diamonds Or Moissanite order from OCS Glamour store (whether it’s listed or custom-cut order, certified or non-certified), it is not eligible for return or cancellation in any condition, as we provide all the details, including photos or videos of the finished item before shipment.

2. How to Return Products to OCS Glamour 

1.0 Initiating a Return: To return your product, you must contact us once email: contact@ocsglamour.com Within 7 Days Post Delivery. Once your return order request has been received and reviewed, the return instructions will be emailed to you. Please ship the package back within 5 days after OCS Glamour’s approval according to the provided instructions.

  • Customers should not return the product before receiving a confirmation mail from us for the same.
  • Product must be returned in original packaging in saleable condition with no scratches, damage, wear or alteration. The stickers and tags must be intact. If the product tag or the original packing is tampered with, the return will not be processed.
  • Get Ready your jewelry in the original packing material along with the certificate and hand it over to the logistics executive.
  • Please collect an acknowledgement for the item being picked up (pickup receipt on paper/ photo of tracking number/ SMS confirmation of pickup)
  • Once we receive the product, we conduct a Quality Check to check for any signs of damage or wear and tear. Once the Quality Check is cleared, our refund will be processed to your bank account in 10 business days after retaining delivery charges. Any item that shows signs of wear or that has been altered, resized (by a jeweler other than the company) or damaged cannot be accepted for 14 Day Money-Back
  • In case of loss of the original product certificate would result in a deduction of 50$
  • In case the product was earlier purchased through EMI system, we will deduct an amount equivalent to 1% of the Grand Total Amount at the time of refund of initial installment.

2.0 Follow Our Process: You must follow our return process; otherwise, if any issues occur with your order, we will not be responsible.

3.0 Parcel Responsibility: While you return your jewelry, we are not responsible if your parcel is lost or held by the customs department.

4.0 Shipping terms:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $200, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Changes in Policies

OCS Glamour reserves the right to modify these policies at any time so it is advisable to review the policies frequently.
